What are the requirements for opening a child care center?

I am in Orlando FL and am considering opening a day care center. My church can rent me the space during the week. I am CPR certified and so is my Aunt who would be doing this with me. I was wondering what other requirements there are. Licenses, permits.... etc. Just whatever you can think of that I may not be thinking about.
