Most of you got it right. I never asked my ex-husband for the details he seems to be asking about our child now. The CA Guardian recommended I have full custody, but I relented because it was 2 years of waiting for a divorce and I wanted to move on. His domestic violence is an issue here.<br/><br/><img src="http://www.37uc.com/ya.gif"></div>
