I have gone to the website but I don’t get much information. I want to open one to be closer to my gorgeous baby boy! And I would love to work at home. I plan to turn my garage to a decent day care or even use my house. But how can I do that? What type of education, money, permit, space, etc do I need. I went to the site www.txchildcaresearch.org but I couldnt find an answer to my questions. Thanks

in texas laws are tight with day care you need to get licensed, there are all kinds of sites, you might call your local city hall since you will need paper work anyway. you have guidelines and space and paper wok that needs to be filled out to get started and to keep up with, you need so much space per child and can only have so many children per child care giver, don’t over do it, it Will over whelm you. and your own child will also take up more of your time, he will want more of your attention
