My wife(We are Non-white) works at child care as a lead teacher.What she should do if she feels being discriminated?One or two of another lead teachers treats her in bad way and in discriminated way even my wife allways treat them nicely and trying to work as a team player and but those other lead teachers doesn't and directors are ignoring my wife's feeling and supporting them.My wife is very sincere person.She is very dedicated to her work and really work as a team player.Recently she received many gifts and appreciation cards from children's parents on graduation day(They do have graduation kind of stuff even they are 3 to 6 yrs old kids) but those teachers didn't.They are trying to point here fault and complains to director about here for silly reasons and also kind of jealous to my wife.How she supposed to deal with it?Any good suggestions?
To the person who is pointing out about my English have no idea besides learning English we are facing many things that is more imp.At least we are trying to learn English,working hard and not taking any advantage of second language.if you know what i am referring to.
